摘　　要：为了降低饲料级磷酸氢钙生产中原料湿法磷酸的SO_(4)^(2-)含量,将间歇加入磷矿浆脱硫改为连续性加入磷矿浆脱硫,并进行了产业化应用。改造后,按将w(SO_(4)^(2-))降低0.2个百分点的理论量加入磷矿浆时,澄清稀磷酸中w(SO_(4)^(2-))降低0.17个百分点,饲料级磷酸中w(SO_(4)^(2-))降低0.29个百分点,饲料级磷酸氢钙产品中w(游离酸)降低1.26个百分点,总磷相同情况下w(水溶磷)升高0.20个百分点;稀酸澄清槽、浓酸槽没有发生酸不沉降现象;磷酸浓缩、脱氟装置清理周期未发生变化,饲料级磷酸氢钙生产装置清理周期由20 d延长到24 d。In order to reduce the content of SO_(4)^(2-)in WPA in the production of feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate,the intermittent addition of phosphate rock slurry is replaced by continuous addition of phosphate rock slurry for desulfurization,and it is carried out in industrial application.After modification,when phosphate rock slurry is added according to the theoretical demand for decreasing w(SO_(4)^(2-)) by 0.2 percentage points,w(SO_(4)^(2-))in clarified dilute phosphoric acid decreases by 0.17 percentage points,w(SO_(4)^(2-)) in feed grade phosphoric acid decreases by 0.29 percentage points,the content of free acid in feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate products decreases by 1.26 percentage points,and soluble phosphorus content increases by 0.20 percentage points when total phosphorus is the same;Acid non-settling doesn’t occur in the dilute acid clarification tank and the concentrated acid tank;The cleaning cycle of phosphoric acid concentration and defluorination plant do not change,while the cleaning cycle of feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate plant is extended from 20 days to 24days.
