摘  要:对云南某地区胶磷矿进行矿物组成和粒度组成分析,发现磷矿倍半氧化物等杂质在较细粒级中富集,SiO2在各粒级中分布较为平均。故采用磷精矿旋流器分级后沉砂产品进行反浮选脱硅工艺技术研究。结果表明:与单反浮选脱镁工艺相比,采用分级后沉砂产品反浮选脱硅工艺不仅能有效提高磷精矿品质,而且还在一定程度上降低浮选药剂用量,且P_(2)O_(5)回收率高。Based on the analysis of the mineral composition and particle size composition of collophanite in a region of Yunnan, it is found that the impurities such as sesquioxide of phosphate rock are enriched in the fine grain size,and the distribution of SiO2in each grain size is average. Therefore, the reverse flotation desilication technology of grading and sedimentation products by hydrocyclone is studied. The results show that, compared with the single reverse flotation process of magnesium removal, the reverse flotation desilication process of graded sand sedimentation products can not only effectively improve the quality of phosphate concentrate, but also reduce the dosage of flotation agents to a certain extent, and the recovery rate of P_(2)O_(5)is high.
