摘  要:支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)是早产儿常见的并发症,与肺泡上皮屏障结构和功能失调有关。Claudin蛋白家族是紧密连接(tight junctions,TJs)的主要结构之一,参与调节细胞间物质交换。尽管关于Claudin-7蛋白在影响肺泡屏障功能及在肺部的调节机制所知甚少,但Claudin-7蛋白的表达可以影响肺上皮通透性和肺泡发育,进而影响BPD发生发展。Claudin-7蛋白的表达受到多种因子的调节,了解其影响可进一步明确BPD的发病机制并为BPD的诊疗提供新方案。Bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD)is a complication that frequently occurs in preterm infants and is linked to the barrier structure and malfunction of the pulmonary epithelium.Claudins,known as a family of proteins,are one of the major components of tight junctions(TJs)and participate in relating intercellular exchange.Although little is known about the role of Claudin-7 in influencing alveolar barrier function and its regulation mechanism in the lung,there is evidence that expression of Claudin-7 can affect alveolar epithelial permeability and alveolar development,which in turn affects the development of BPD.The expression of Claudin-7 is affected by multiple regulatory factors,and understanding its effect will help to clarify the pathogenesis of BPD,and then open up new options for the diagnosis and the treatment of BPD.
