摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是常见的睡眠呼吸疾病, 持续气道正压是一线治疗方法, 但患者依从性并不高。植入式舌下神经电刺激已成为中、重度OSA患者的重要替代治疗, 对于选择适当的患者效果确切。颈袢刺激是近年提出用来治疗OSA的新方法, 通过增强对咽气道尾侧牵拉和胸骨甲状肌收缩而起到稳定上气道的作用;与舌下神经刺激联合使用时, 效果更佳。Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is a common sleep-disordered breathing disease.Continuous positive airway pressure is the first-line treatment.However,the patient′s compliance is unsatisfactory.Implantable electrical stimulation of hypoglossal nerve has become an important alternative treatment for patients with moderate to severe OSA,and it is effective in identifying suitable patients.Ansa cervicalis stimulation,proposed in recent years,is a new method for treating OSA.It plays a role in stabilizing the upper airway by enhancing the caudal traction of the pharyngeal airway and the contraction of the sternal thyroid muscle.This effect is improved when combined with hypoglossal nerve stimulation.
