摘 要:目的 探讨应用全自动化学发光免疫分析仪检测出入境人员梅毒抗体,确定化学发光法(CLIA)检测的最佳S/CO临界值。方法 选取2018年8月—2022年1月的142份经CLIA法初筛梅毒抗体阳性(S/CO≥1)的样本,用CLIA法复检,两次检验结果一致的标本再用TPPA确认,绘制ROC曲线获取最佳临界值。结果 CLIA复检阳性标本140份,TPPA检测阳性100份,两种方法阳性符合率为71.43%。根据ROC曲线,得到CLIA法检测出入境人员梅毒抗体S/CO最佳临界值为2.685,此时CLIA法和TPPA检测的符合率为95.6%。结论 基于CLIA法获得出入境人员梅毒抗体的S/CO最佳临界值,可指导实验室减少TPPA法的确诊试验,为提高检测时效提供参考。Objective To investigate the application of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA) to detect syphilis antibody of entry-exit personnel,and determine the optimal S/CO threshold value of CLIA. Methods From August 2018 to January 2022,142 syphilis antibody positive samples(S/CO≥1) initially screened by CLIA method were selected and re-examined by CLIA method. The samples with the same results were confirmed by TPPA. ROC curve was drawn to obtain the optimal critical value. Results A total of 140 samples were positive re-examined by CLIA,100 samples were positive in TPPA,the positive coincidence rate of two methods was 71.43%. According to ROC curve,the optimal critical value of CLIA for the detection of syphilis antibody S/CO among entry and exit personnel was 2.685,and the coincidence rate of CLIA and TPPA was 95.6%. Conclusion CLIA method was used to obtain the optimal S/CO threshold value of syphilis antibody of entry-exit personnel,which can guide the laboratory to reduce the TPPA method of diagnostic tests,and provide reference for improving the detection efficiency.
