摘 要:在非开挖管线专项探测方面,目前常规钻探法探摸时易破坏地下管线,施工风险高,而水冲法的设备机械化程度低,施工手段原始,效率低下;这两种方法施工时均由远及近逐步成孔探摸,常需要4~8个钻孔,甚至更多,且施工效果欠佳。笔者及其团队经过多年的研究和实践,基于自主研发专利产品多功能塑料钻头,探索出了一种非开挖管线的探摸施工新方法,该方法中所成的探摸孔垂直度高、孔壁完整性好,可作为验证孔,能有效保护需要探明的管线;结合孔内物探仪器探测,能快速确定管线位置和埋深,解决了目前非开挖管线专项探测中遇到的难题。In the trenchless pipeline special detection, conventional drilling method at present is likely to damage the underground pipelines, and the construction risk is high. While using water flushing method, there are many disadvantages, such as low mechanization degree of equipment, primitive construction means, low efficiency etc. These two construction methods are drilling gradually from far to near to explore, and often need 4 to 8 boreholes, or even more, the effect is not good enough. The author and his team after many years of study and practice, using self-developed multi-functional plastic drill bit, a new exploratory construction method for trenchless pipelines is explored, the exploratory boreholes drilled with this method is good in verticality and wall integrity, which can be used as verification hole and protect the existing pipeline effectively. Combined with the geophysical detection in borehole, the position and buried depth of the pipeline can be quickly determined and could solve the problems in trenchless pipeline detection.
