常态化疫情防控背景下互联网医院线上诊疗服务研究--以福建省为例

摘　　要：完善互联网医院线上诊疗是常态化疫情防控背景下深化医药卫生体制改革的重要举措。信息技术的发展,互联网医院的兴起,为居民就医提供了更加便捷的途径,但互联网医院在服务提供过程中,确实存在不少需要进一步完善的地方。据此,文章利用文献阅读、问卷调查、比较分析等方法,指出当前新冠疫情下互联网医院线上诊疗对助推分级诊疗效果不明显、范围局限、处方流转不统一、患者个人信息安全和隐私保护不足等主要问题,并建议加大线上诊疗对分级诊疗的推动作用、扩充线上部分诊疗的范围、明确线上诊疗中处方流转问题、加强患者个人信息安全和隐私保护,以期为推进互联网医院线上诊疗提供参考。Improving online diagnosis and treatment in Internet hospitals is a key initiative to deepen the reform of the medical and health system in the context of regular COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. The development of information technology and the rise of Internet hospitals have provided a more convenient way for residents to seek medical treatment, but there is still room for further improvement in the process of service provision in Internet hospitals. Accordingly, the authors use literature review, questionnaire survey, and comparative analysis to point out that the main problems of online diagnosis and treatment in Internet hospitals include the ineffectiveness of online diagnosis and treatment in promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, limited scope of diagnosis and treatment, inconsistent prescription flow, and insufficient patients’ personal information security and privacy protection, and to suggest increasing the role of online diagnosis and treatment in promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, expanding the scope of online diagnosis and treatment, clarifying the flow of prescriptions in online diagnosis and treatment, and strengthening the security of patients’ personal information and privacy protection, in order to provide reference for future online diagnosis and treatment in Internet hospitals.
