留守青少年社交自我知觉和同伴关系在孤独感与性心理健康间的链式中介效应

摘　　要：目的 探讨孤独感对留守青少年性心理的影响,揭示社交自我知觉、同伴关系在孤独感与性心理间链式中介效应。方法 通过整群抽样方法对729名留守青少年进行问卷调查,对所得数据构建并检验链式中介模型。结果 留守青少年性心理与孤独感(r=-0.463,P<0.01)、社交知觉(r=0.365,P<0.01)和同伴关系(r=0.322,P<0.01)之间呈显著相关;链式中介模型显示:留守青少年孤独感对性心理健康的间接效应成立,总的间接效应值为0.372,社交自我知觉和同伴关系链式中介效应为0.060,占总间接效应的16.13%。结论 社交自我知觉和同伴关系在孤独感和性心理健康间发挥链式中介效应,提高社交知觉水平,改善同伴关系,有利于提高留守青少年性心理健康水平。Objective To explore the effect of loneliness on psychosexual health of left-behind adolescents, and to reveal the chain mediating roles of self-perceived social competence and peer relationship in their loneliness and psychosexual health. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 729 left-behind adolescents. A chain mediation model was constructed and verified for the data obtained. Results There were significant correlation between psychosexual health and loneliness(r=-0.463, P<0.01), self-perceived social competence(r=0.365, P<0.01), peer relationship(r=0.322,P<0.01). The chain mediation model showed that the indirect effect of loneliness on psychosexual health was established, and the total indirect effect value was 0.372. The chain mediating effect of self-perceived social competence and peer relationship was 0.060, accounting for 16.13% of the total indirect effect. Conclusions Self-perceived social competence and peer relationship play a chain mediating effect on loneliness and psychosexual health of left-behind adolescents. Improvement in their self-perceived social competence and peer relationship is beneficial to the promotion of their psychosexual health.
