摘  要:磁芯损耗对温度十分敏感,高频开关变换器中的非正弦磁损测量需要在数秒内完成。本文研究了以电压、电流采样电路和单片机为硬件基础,以LabVIEW为上位机构建基于平均功率差值法的测量平台。硬件电路对输入电流、输入电压进行采样,单片机利用串口通信将采样数据实时传输至LabVIEW上位机,由上位机生成高频变换器的输入电流、电压和功率曲线,在时域上描绘暂态至稳态过渡曲线,准确读取稳态的功率信息。通过分别测量功率变换器空心线圈和磁芯线圈之间的功率差值,即可快速判定磁芯在非正弦激励下的损耗。本系统测试过程仅持续数秒,可有效避免温升影响,提升了非正弦激励高频磁损测量精度。The core loss is very sensitive to temperature,and the measurement of non-sinusoidal core loss in high-frequency switching converters needs to be completed within a few seconds.With sampling circuit and single-chip computer as the hardware foundation,LabVIEW as the host computer,this paper studies to build a measurement platform based on the average power difference method..The hardware circuit samples the input current and input voltage.The single-chip microcomputer uses serial communication to transmit the sampled data to the LabvIEw host computer in real time.The host computer generates the input current,voltage and power curves of the high-frequency converter,and depicts the transient state in the time domain.The steady-state transition curve can accurately present the steady-state power information.By separately measuring the power difference between the air-core coil and the magnetic core coil of the power converter,the loss of the magnetic core under non-sinusoidal excitation can be quickly determined.The test process of this system only lasts for a few seconds,which can effectively avoid the influence of temperature rise and improve the measurement accuracy of core loss under high frequency non-sinusoidal excitation.
