摘　　要：陈望慧是四川阿坝州小金县达维镇冒水村党支部书记,也是党的二十大代表。十多年来,她带领乡亲种植玫瑰花,发展玫瑰产业,不仅让全村实现了脱贫致富,还带动了13个乡镇、46个村,近2万人增收,使小金县成为中国海拔最高面积最大的玫瑰种植基地。她本人被乡亲们亲切地称为“玫瑰姐姐”、“玫瑰书记”,立志要把玫瑰产业积极融入乡村振兴中,打造夹金山下的玫瑰小镇。Chen Wanghui,a delegate to the 2oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),is secretary of the CPC branch of Maoshui Village,in Xiaojin County,in Southwest China's Sichuan Province.During the past decade,she has led the locals in shaking off poverty by planting roses;in so doing,she and the villagers have transformed Xiaojin into the country's highest,and largest,rose-plantation base.Chen is committed to incorporating development of the rose business into implementation of rural revitalization,as a way of building Xiaojin into a beautiful place at the foot of Jiajin Mountain.The locals cordially refer to Chen as"Rose Sister"and"Rose Secretary,"in recognition of her sacrifices to help them.
