摘　　要：“针刺治神”是医患互动循环往复的过程,目的是改善患者的整体健康状态,使之趋于“形神合一”的平衡。医生作为“治神”的主导者,将具体的干预措施与患者状态有机结合,所以,“针刺治神”的疗效并非单纯由针刺操作技术所产生,也包括医患之间的互动效果,体现的是医者驾驭干预措施、医患交互等综合能力和水平。临床共情是西方医学提出的概念,并已开展了系统化研究,提出了一系列的研究特点和结论。“针刺治神”与临床共情存在相似性,均以医患互动为基础,受现有研究启发,笔者提出借鉴西医学的“临床共情”研究方法,来证明医患交互与“神”的变化作为“针刺治神”效果的重要方面,阐述“治神”并不是神秘的或排他的,探索通过相关概念和特定技能,将“针刺治神”能力与效果加以客观化表达。‘Regulating spirit by acupuncture’is a cyclical process of doctor-patient interaction,aiming to improve the overall health status of patients and make them tend to the balance of‘unity of body and spirit’.As the operator of‘regulating spirit’,doctors combine specific interventions with patients’status.Therefore,the curative effect of‘regulating spirit by acupuncture’is not only produced by acupuncture operation technology,but also included the interaction results between doctors and patients,which reflects the comprehensive ability and level of doctors to control interventions and doctor-patient interaction.Clinical empathy is a concept proposed by western medicine which has been systematically studied,and a series of research characteristics and conclusions have been put forward.‘Regulating spirit by acupuncture’and clinical empathy have similarities on the basis of doctor-patient interaction.This article discusses use the methodology of‘clinical empathy’to prove the doctor-patient interaction and the change of the‘spirit’,to explore related concepts and specific skills,to express the ability and effect of‘regulating spirit by acupuncture’.
