中医辨证治疗双心疾病的新探索

摘　　要：梳理中医古今文献对双心疾病的研究经验总结,发现目前双心疾病的研究较宽泛,缺乏对具体发病人群及其辨证特点的精准研究。笔者查阅近10年的临床文献发现双心疾病更易发生在女性围绝经期,并且基于上述古籍及文献研究,创新提出基于“脏腑-八纲-气血”辨证论治围绝经期的双心疾病患者,发现心肾阳虚致气滞血阻是本病的关键病机,治疗以补肾温阳、活血养心为原则,总结目前经验效果较好的经典方剂,探索治疗双心疾病的新思路。Summarizing the research experience of double heart disease in ancient and modern literatures of traditional Chinese medicine,it is found that the current research on double heart disease is relatively broad,and there is a lack of precise research on the specific disease population and its syndrome differentiation characteristics.The author reviewed the clinical research literature of the past 10 years and found that double heart disease is more likely to occur in women during the perimenopausal period.Based on the above ancient books and literature research,the author innovatively proposes to treat perimenopausal double heart disease patients based on the syndrome differentiation of‘zang-fu-eight principles-qi and blood’,found that qi stagnation and blood obstruction caused by yang deficiency of heart and kidney is the key pathogenesis of this disease.The treatment is based on the principles of tonifying the kidney and warming yang,promoting blood and nourishing the heart,summarizing the classic prescriptions with good experience and effect,and exploring new ideas for the treatment of double heart disease.
