摘　　要：更年期抑郁症是常见的妇科精神类系统疾病,其临床表现可见于“郁证”“不寐”“脏躁”“百合病”和中医妇科的“绝经前后诸症”的论述中,对更年期妇女身心健康影响巨大,直接影响到晚年的生活质量和寿命的长短。赵杰教授总结多年临床经验,对更年期抑郁症患者的发病机理进行了认真的研究,发现阳虚是导致引发该病的发病因素。临床中观察到很多更年期抑郁症患者的临床表现多与阳气不足有关。用温阳的方法治疗更年期抑郁症,经过临床运用,取得较满意的疗效,为其治疗提供了新思路。Menopausal depression is a common gynecological psychiatric system disease.Its clinical manifestations can be found in the discussion of‘depression syndrome’‘insomnia’‘viscera impatience’‘lily disease’and‘pre-and post-menopausal symptoms’in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology.Menopausal depression has a great influence on the physical and mental health of climacteric women,which directly affects the quality of life and the length of life in old age.Professor ZHAO Jie summarized many years of clinical experience,conducted a careful study on the pathogenesis of menopausal depression patients,and found that yang deficiency is the cause of the disease.Many clinical manifestations of menopausal depression patients have been observed to be related to yang deficiency.The clinical application of warming yang in the treatment of climacteric depression can obtain satisfactory curative effect,which provides a new idea for its treatment.
