连建伟运用乙字汤治疗痔疮经验浅析

摘　　要：文章总结了连建伟教授临床治疗痔疮疼痛出血的经验。连教授认为,痔疮疼痛出血属湿热下注证者治疗当以日本验方乙字汤为主,此方可升清降浊、清利湿热、活血止痛,且攻补兼施,方中虽无国内中医传统治疗痔疮喜用的地榆、槐花,但疗效显著值得推广。乙字汤为日本名家原南阳所创,后随日本汉方大家浅田宗伯的著作流传至中国,连教授据其临证经验对本方略作调整用之常获显效,并认为此方是治疗痔疮疼痛出血属湿热下注证的专方,文章总结使用本方的要点及加减化裁,以飨同道。This article summarizes professor LIAN Jian-wei’s clinical experience in treating hemorrhoids with pain and bleeding.Professor LIAN believes that hemorrhoids with swelling,pain and bleeding belong to the syndrome of dampnessheat diffusing downward,and the treatment should be based on the empirical Japanese formula Yizi Decoction,which can ascend lucidity,descend turbidity,eliminate dampness and heat,activate blood circulation and relieve pain.Also,Yizi Decoction is of function of tonification and purgation in combination.Although there are no garden burnet root and pagodatree flower in Yizi Decoction,which are popular in traditional Chinese medicine for hemorrhoids,the formula is quite effective and worth promoting.Yizi Decoction was created by the famous Japanese doctor YUAN Nan-yang,and later brought to China with the works of Japanese Kampo master Tsunobu Asada.Professor LIAN revised Yizi Decoction according to his clinical experience and achieved remarkable efficacy.This article summarizes the main points of professor LIAN’s use of Yizi Decoction and its variation for the benefit of fellow scholars.
