冯世纶六经辨治湿疹经验

摘　　要：近代著名经方大师胡希恕先生率先提出:《伤寒论》的六经来自八纲。冯世纶教授继承其学术思想,并明确提出中医有两大医学体系,张仲景医学属经方医学体系,《黄帝内经》属医经体系。经方治病是依据症状反应辨证论治,不是辨病论治。同样,经方治疗湿疹,亦主要是依据症状反应,先辨六经,继辨方证,做到方证对应而治愈湿疹。文章整理分析了冯世纶教授治疗湿疹的验案,初步总结了湿疹的六经辨治规律:病灶虽在皮肤,病位确在六经;方证各异,多用合方合药;多兼夹痰湿、瘀血为患。HU Xi-shu,a contemporary expert of classical prescriptions,firstly proposed that six syndromes differentiation system was developed from Shanghan Lun eight guiding principles differentiation system.Professor FENG Shilun has inherited his academic thoughts and further and clearly puts forward that there are two main medical systems in TCM such as classical prescriptions system of ZHANG Zhong-jing affiliation and classic medicine system of Huangdi Neijing affiliation.Treatment of classical prescriptions was the reflection of treatment based on syndrome differentiation rather than treatment based on disease differentiation.Similarly,the treatment of eczema with classical prescriptions is mainly based on symptoms and reactions.The six syndromes are identified first,and then the prescriptions and syndromes are identified,so that the prescriptions and syndromes correspond to each other and eczema is cured.This paper arranged the eczema proven cases of professor FENG Shi-lun,and summarized the six syndromes differentiation rules of eczema.Although eczema is manifested in the skin,the essence is indeed in the six syndromes differentiation.The treatment and differentiation of eczema gave priority to combined syndromes and medicines because prescriptions and syndromes are different,and the main accompanying symptoms were phlegm and fluid retention and blood stasis.
