基于经方医学体系探析附子在男科疾病中的运用

摘　　要：附子,振奋元阳之品,性大热而有大毒,古今医者用之多谨慎。近年来男科疾病愈发受到人们关注,因其症状复杂,病机繁多,寒热虚实皆可有之,给临床治疗带来一定困难。胡希恕-冯世伦经方医学体系以六经八纲为理论体系,依据机体的症状反应辨证施治,并认为男科疾病症状复杂且常表现为二经或者三经合并,但多以身体机能沉衰为主要表现。因此,在临床治疗时应重视发挥附子振奋人体机能的作用功效。文章从经方医学体系角度出发,通过总结附子在男科疾病中的运用,以供医家借鉴参考。Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata,a traditional Chinese medicine to excite renal yang,which is hot and toxic.Prudence used by ancient and modern doctors.In recent years,andrology diseases have attracted more and more attention.Due to their complex symptoms,various pathogenesis,and cold-heat and asthenia-sthenia may appear.It has brought certain difficulties to clinical treatment.HU-FENG’s medical system is based on the theory of six meridians,eight cardinal guides,and the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the body’s symptoms.It is believed that the symptoms of andrology diseases are complex and often manifested as the combination of two or three meridians.However,the main manifestation is the decline of body function.Therefore,attention should be paid to the effect of aconite on stimulating human function in clinical treatment.From the perspective of the classical medical system,this paper summarizes the application of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata in andrology diseases for reference.
