痛痒消洗剂对肛瘘术后创伤大鼠创面愈合的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨痛痒消洗剂对肛瘘术后创伤模型大鼠创面的影响。方法:60只SD雄性大鼠随机分成模型组、高锰酸钾组和痛痒消洗剂高、中、低剂量组5组,每组12只。各组大鼠背部造成全层皮肤切除伤口,并滴加粪便混悬液建立感染性开放创面模型。分别于第7天和14天每组随机抽取6只大鼠处死取样,观察大鼠一般情况,计算每组创面愈合率,运用HE染色法镜下观察各组大鼠创面新生肉芽组织的形态结构学改变;运用Masson染色镜下观察创面纤维化的情况。结果:治疗的第3、7、14天,痛痒消洗剂高、中、低剂量组大鼠创面愈合率均显著高于模型组和高锰酸钾组(P<0.05);痛痒消洗剂组在治疗第7天大鼠创面新生肉芽组织中的炎症细胞比模型组和高锰酸钾组明显减少,在治疗第14天成纤维细胞均多于模型组和高锰酸钾组。结论:痛痒消洗剂可通过降低炎症反应、加快肉芽组织生成,促进肛瘘术后创面愈合。Objective:To investigate the effects of Tongyangxiao Lotion on rat wounds in postoperative fistula surgery.Methods:Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into model group,potassium permanganate group and high,medium and low dose groups of Tongyangxiao Lotion,with 12 rats in each group.Each group of rats suffered full-thickness skin excision wounds on their backs,and fecal suspension was added dropwise to establish an infectious open wound model.On the 7th and 14th days,6 rats were randomly chosen to be killed for taking samples in each group.Then the general condition of the rats was observed,the wound healing rate of each group was calculated,and the morphological and structural changes of the neonatal granulation tissue of the wound of each group were observed under the microscope of HE staining.Fibrosis of the wound was observed under Masson staining microscopy.Results:The wound healing rates of rats on days 3,7 and 14 of the treatment of high,medium and low doses of Tongyangxiao Lotion were higher than those in the model group(P<0.05),and the inflammatory cells in the neonatal granulation tissue of rats on the seventh day of treatment were significantly lower than those in the model group and potassium permanganate group on the 7th day of treatment,and there were more fibroblasts in the Tongyangxiao group than in the model group and potassium permanganate group on the 14th day of treatment.Conclusion:Tongyangxiao Lotion can promote wound healing after fistula surgery by reducing inflammation and accelerating granulation tissue production.
