摘　　要：文章对刘完素提出的“流湿润燥”义涵作了具体探析,并将其在历史不同时期义涵嬗变作以浅述,并对治法进行了探讨,析其异同,溯其滥觞,厘清了其理论源流。“流湿润燥”为刘完素首倡,以其“火热论”“玄府气液”“亢承制害”等理论学说为根基,治法、治果兼指,广义、狭义兼具。金元时张从正继阐以伸其广义,朱丹溪借疗湿热,至清嬗变为治温要法,综其治法大要,不离用“辛”。This article makes a concrete analysis of the meaning of‘Liu Shi Run Zao’proposed by LIU Wansu,and briefly discusses the evolution of its meaning in different periods of history,and discusses the governance methods,analyzes their similarities and differences,traces their origins,and clarifies them.Its theoretical origins.‘Liu Shi Run Zao’was initiated by LIU Wan-su,and based on its theories such as‘fiery theory’,‘xuanfu qi and liquid’and‘kang cheng zhi hai’,the treatment method and the treatment result are both referred to in broad sense and narrow sense.In the Jin and Yuan dynasties,ZHANG Cong-zheng followed up his interpretation to extend its broad sense.ZHU Dan-xi was used to cure heat and humidity,and the evolution of the Qing dynasty became the key method to treat warm disease.All the main treatment of constant use‘pungent’.
