摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺疗法对青光眼黄斑血流和结构的影响。方法:84例入选患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组给予甲钴胺片常规口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予针刺疗法治疗。分析两组治疗前,治疗后1、3个月的黄斑浅层血管复合体(SVC)血流密度、黄斑深层血管复合体(DVC)血流密度及黄斑区神经节细胞复合体(GCC)厚度变化。结果:观察组治疗后1、3个月SVC和DVC血流密度显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,观察组DVC血流密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,观察组SVC、DVC血流密度高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后GCC厚度差异均无统计学意义。结论:针刺疗法可显著改善青光眼黄斑区血流密度,对黄斑区GCC厚度短期内无明显改善。Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture therapy on macular blood flow and structure of glaucoma.Methods:Eight-four selected patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was given mecobalamin tablets for routine oral treatment,and the observation group was given acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Changes of superficial macular vascular complex(SVC),deep macular vascular complex(DVC)flow density and macular ganglion cell complex(GCC)thickness were analyzad between two groups before treatment,1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment.Results:The blood flow density of SVC and DVC in the observation group at 1 month after treatment and 3 months after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the blood flow density of DVC in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the blood flow density of SVC and DVC in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in GCC thickness between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the blood flow density in macular area of glaucoma.Acupuncture therapy does not improve GCC thickness in macular area in short term.
