摘 要:为了降低陶瓷企业产品单位能耗和碳排放强度,提出一种陶瓷窑炉氢气燃料燃烧系统及节能工艺,采用陶瓷窑炉多级余热回收利用技术和电解水蒸气制氢制氧技术,系统集预混燃烧技术、氢氧比例定量计量及自动连锁控制技术于一体。该技术节能和减排效益显著,为企业开展陶瓷窑炉节能改造及绿色低碳、可持续化发展提供参考。In order to reduce the unit energy consumption and carbon emission intensity of ceramic enterprises, a hydrogen fuel combustion system and energy-saving technology for ceramic kiln is presented. The technology of ceramic kiln multi-stage waste heat recovery is coupled with the technology of hydrogen and oxygen production from electrolytic water vapor, at the same time, it integrates premixed combustion technology, quantitative measurement of hydrogenoxygen ratio and automatic chain control technology. The technology has significant energy-saving and emission reduction benefits, which provides a reference for the energy-saving transformation of ceramic kiln and green, lowcarbon and sustainable development in enterprises.
