摘 要:以某电厂350 MW超临界机组锅炉为例进行燃烧优化调整试验。结果表明:制粉系统调整试验、二次风不同配风方式调整、最佳氧量调整试验等对锅炉受热面的壁温超限、汽温偏差、锅炉经济运行存在较大的影响。调整后磨煤机出口各粉管风速偏差均小于±5%,各台磨煤粉细度R90均调整在合理范围内,飞灰可燃物含量明显降低,锅炉效率明显提高,消除了高温再热器出口两侧汽温偏差大的问题。Taking a 350 MW supercritical unit boiler as an example,the optimized combustion adjustment test is carried out.The results show that the adjustment test of pulverizing system,the adjustment test of different air distribution modes of secondary air and the adjustment test of optimal oxygen have great influence on the wall temperature exceeding limit,steam temperature deviation and boiler economic operation.After the adjustment,the wind speed deviation of each pulverized tube at the exit of coal mill is less than±5%,and the fineness R90of each pulverized coal mill is adjusted within a reasonable range.The combustible content of fly ash is obviously reduced,the boiler efficiency is obviously improved,and the problem of large steam temperature deviation at both sides of the outlet of high temperature reheater is eliminated.
