摘  要:对B12-3.43/0.685机组多次无首出原因跳闸进行系统性和针对性全面分析排查,最终排查出跳机是因为机组常年运行主油泵松动,密封环、浮动环磨损严重,主油泵锁紧螺母脱出并磨损,危机遮断器飞锤底部进入压力油导致设定动作转速变动,设备系统保安油消失等原因,采取相应对策解决了故障。A systematic and targeted comprehensive analysis and investigation is conducted with regard to unit B12-3.43/0.685 tripping for no reason time after time, ultimately, it shows that the reason that the steam turbine trips is after perennial operation of unit, the main oil pump loose, the seal ring and float ring wear and the main oil pump locking nut come off and wear, thus, the bottom of crisis interpreter flyhammer enters pressure oil leading to speed variation of set action and equipment system’s safeguard oil disappear resulting in the steam turbine tripping. In view of the above problems, it take corresponding countermeasures to solve the trouble.
