摘 要:试验旨在探究枯草芽孢杆菌对柴达木绒山羊生长性能、血清生化指标、抗氧化指标、免疫指标的影响。选取健康、体重相近的6月龄柴达木绒山羊48只,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复8只羊。对照组山羊饲喂基础日粮,枯草芽孢杆菌组在基础日粮添加5×10^(5) CFU/g枯草芽孢杆菌。预试期10 d,正式试验期60 d。结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第30 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。第60 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。第30 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、生长激素(GH)显著升高(P<0.05)。第60 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性、白蛋白(ALB)、TC、TG、雌二醇(E2)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。第30 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)含量显著升高(P<0.05);枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.05)。第60 d,与对照组相比,枯草芽孢杆菌组山羊血清IL-2、IL-6、总蛋白(TP)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。研究表明,柴达木绒山羊日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌5×10^(5)CFU/g,可以改善山羊的生长性能、机体免疫力及抗氧化性能。The experiment was to investigate the effect of Bacillus subtilis on growth performance,serum biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes and immunobiochemical indexes of Qaidam cashmere goats.Forty-eight six-month-old healthy Qaidam cashmere goats with similar body weight were randomly divided into two groups,with three replicates in each group and eight goats in each replicate.Sheep in control group were fed with a basal diet,Bacillus subtilis group was supplemented with 5×10^(5) CFU/g Bacillus subtilis in basal diet.The pre-test lasted for 10 d and the formal test lasted for 60 d.The results showed that on 60 d,the final weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of sheep in Bacillus subtilis group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).On 30 d,compared with control group,the serum SOD activity of goats in Bacillus subtilis group was significantly increased(P<0.05).On 60 d,compared with control group,serum CAT activity of goats in Bacillus subtilis group was significantly increased(P<0.05).On 30 d,compared with control group,serum TC,TG and GH in Bacillus subtilis group were significantly increased(P<0.05).On 60 d,compared with control group,serum AST activity,ALB,TC,TG and E2 content of goats in Bacillus subtilis group were significantly increased(P<0.05).On 30 d,compared with control group,serum IgM,IL-1βand IL-4 content of goats in Bacillus subtilis group were significantly increased(P<0.05).Serum IL-6 content of goats in Bacillus subtilis group was significantly decreased(P<0.05).On 60 d,compared with control group,serum content of IL-2,IL-6 and TP in Bacillus subtilis group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding Bacillus subtilis 5×10^(5) CFU/g to diet of Qaidam cashmeree goats can improve the growth performance,immunity and antioxidant properties of goats.
