摘　　要：氧化应激(OS)是动物机体在诱导因子作用下发生的非正常生命活动,会造成动物重要器官机能衰退,引发多种疾病。在畜禽养殖过程中很多因素均会直接或间接引起动物机体自身的OS,造成饲料转化率降低,生长性能衰退,增加养殖成本。目前,OS已逐渐成为畜禽养殖业亟须解决的难题。文章综述了OS的危害和解决措施,为降低OS对畜牧养殖业造成的不良影响提供参考。Oxidative stress is an abnormal life activity of animal body under the action of inducing factors,which leads to deterioration of vital organs and many diseases of animals.In the process of livestock and poultry breeding,many factors can directly or indirectly cause the oxidative stress reaction of animals,resulting in the decrease of feed conversion rate,the decline of growth performance,and increase the breeding cost.At present,oxidative stress has gradually become an urgent problem in livestock and poultry industry.The paper reviews the harm of oxidative stress and the measures to solve it,to provide reference for reducing the adverse effect of oxidative stress in animal husbandry.
