摘 要:文中围绕热处理对天然沸石物化性能的影响开展研究,进而以双酚A型环氧树脂作为基体,探讨决定环氧-沸石复合材料(epoxy-zeolite composites,EZC)介电性能的各项因素.采用红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气吸附脱附曲线来研究不同的热处理温度对沸石的物相、结构及表面形貌的影响;通过万能试验机、差示扫描量热法(DSC)、阻抗分析仪对EZC复合材料的力学性能和介电性能进行表征分析.结果表明采用适当的焙烧温度可以有效改善天然沸石孔道结构,提高孔容;合适热处理沸石添加量可有效提高所制备复合材料的力学性能,并降低复合材料的介电常数.此工艺简单方便,在低介电复合材料工业应用中具有一定参考意义.In this paper,the effect of heat treatment on the properties of natural zeolite was studied.Further more,the influence on the dielectric properties of Epoxy-Zeolite Composites(EZC)was analyzed systematically.Bisphenol A epoxy resin being used as the matrix resin,Different test methods,such as FTIR,TG,XRD,SEM,nitrogen adsorption and desorption curves were applied to study the phase,structure and surface morphology of the heat treated zeolite.Then,the mechanical properties and dielectric properties of EZC composites were characterized and analyzed by universal testing machine,DSC,and AC impedance measurement.The results show that an appropriate treating temperature can makeup the prefect pore structure of natural zeolite and increase the pore volume effectively.An appropriate amount of zeolite can effectively improve the properties of the prepared composite material and reduce its dielectric constant.With simplicity and convenice,the research founding has certain referential significance in the low-dielectric composite materials.
