摘 要:针对预浸带缠绕成型过程摩擦因素对卷入张力的影响,基于摩擦理论开展缠绕过程卷入张力变化研究.以改进的Howell摩擦方程及缠绕过程预浸带受力平衡条件,建立预浸带与热压辊接触区域压力分布模型;并进一步提出预浸带与热压辊间摩擦测量方法及卷入张力确定方法,继而采用回归分析方法建立T300/环氧预浸带缠绕工艺参数与卷入张力模型.通过残差分析,结果表明卷入张力模型可靠,可用于工程指导应用;通过全局敏感度分析,结果表明缠绕张力对卷入张力影响起主导作用,缠绕温度次之,缠绕速度影响最小.To investigate the influence of friction factors on the involvement tension in the wrapping process of prepreg tape,the change of the wrapped tension during winding process is studied based on friction theory.The pressure distribution model between the prepreg tape and the hot press roller is established on the basis of the improved Howell′s friction equation and the equilibrium conditions of the prepreg tape in the winding process.Furthermore,the friction measurement method between the prepreg tape and the hot compaction roller is proposed.Moreover,the method to determine the wrapped tension is given.Using the residual analysis,the results show that the wrapped tension model is reliable and can be used for engineering guidance.The global sensitivity analysis indicates that the winding tension plays a dominant role in the winding tension,followed by the winding temperature and the winding speed.
