摘 要:针对多属性决策评价指标权重、测度以及主体赋权的不确定性问题,提出一种OWA指标确权、语义颗粒变量云转化以及决策群体向量云赋权的综合评价方法.以云模型为基础,通过群体评价统计确定各指标重要性,利用OWA法确定指标体系权重,并通过语义细颗粒变量的云转化,提升指标测度的确定性.设计一种新的向量云赋权法,通过测度多源群体间的向量云距离,构建决策群体云向量相似度矩阵,定义群体支持度和相对权重,计算各群体权重,通过准则层云向量的群体集结效用值的比较,得出方案或者评价对象的排序.结合实证算例,验证了评价方法的科学性和适用性,为多属性群体决策提供新的技术路径.Aiming at the uncertainty of index weight,measure and evaluation group weighting in multi-attribute decision making,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method for OWA index weighting,semantic particle variable cloud transformation and decision group vector cloud weighting.The method is based on cloud model.Firstly,the importance of each index is determined by group evaluation statistics,and the weight of index system is determined by OWA method.Secondly,the determinacy of index measure is improved by cloud transformation of semantic fine grain variables.Thirdly,the vector cloud weight method of decision group is used to measure the vector cloud distance between multi-source groups,construct the vector cloud similarity matrix of decision group,define the group support degree and relative weight,and calculate the weight of each group.Finally,by comparing the group aggregation utility value of the criterion layer cloud vector,the ranking of schemes or evaluation objects is obtained.The correctness,efficiency and applicability of the evaluation method are verified by an empirical example,which provides a new technical path for multi-attribute group decision making.
