摘  要:区间模糊环境下,准确评价产品竞争力并决策优势产品进行推培对企业良性发展具有重要意义.文中构建一套基于IVPFWA算子的产品竞争力评价体系,通过文献调查法和统计分析法,构建产品竞争力评价指标体系,即产品开发能力指标、持续价值创造能力指标、产品影响力指标、忠诚客户获取能力指标;给出了一种基于区间Pythagorean模糊的WA算子(IVPFWA)的TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)决策方法,实证验证IVPFWA算子在产品评价中应用的可行性和有效性.研究发现:基于IVPFWA算子的TOPSIS决策方法适用于模糊环境下的竞争力评价;与其他决策方法相比,区间Pythagorean模糊决策更加有效、完整的刻画了属性信息.In the interval fuzzy environment,it is of great significance to accurately evaluate the competitiveness of products and make decisions on the promotion of superior products for the benign development of enterprises.This paper constructs a product competitiveness evaluation system based on the IVPFWA operator.Through literature survey and statistical analysis,we establish an evaluation index system of product competitiveness,namely,the index of product development ability,the index of sustainable value creation ability,the index of product influence,and the index of loyal customer acquisition ability.A TOPSIS decision-making method based on IVPFWA operator is presented.the feasibility and effectiveness of the application of the IVPFWA operator in product evaluation are verified.The research finds that:TOPSIS decision-making method based on the IVPFWA operator is suitable for competitiveness evaluation under fuzzy environment;compared with other decision-making methods,interval Python fuzzy decision-making is more effective and complete in characterizing attribute information.
