摘  要:为解决雨雪天气条件下的防护需求,提升作业任务专用服装的保障水平,研究了高性能防水透气型膜锦纶PTFE复合面料,并对其静水压、透湿量等指标进行了测试。测试结果表明,该专项开发面料初始静水压≥200 kPa,洗涤50次后静水压≥100 kPa,透湿量≥8 000 g/(m^(2)·d),静水压指标已远超西方发达国家GORETEX面料,达到国际领先水平。To solve rain and snow conditions’ protection needs, and to improve the level of clothing support during operation tasks, the high performance waterproof breathable membrane polyamide PTFE composite fabric was studied. The hydrostatic pressure, moisture permeability and other indicators were tested.The test results showed that the initial hydrostatic pressure of the specially developed fabric was more than 200 kPa, the hydrostatic pressure was more than 100 kPa after washing for 50 times,and the moisture permeability was more than 8 000 g/(m^(2)·d). The hydrostatic pressure index far exceeded the western developed countries of GORE-TEX fabric, reaching the international leading level.
