液相色谱-质谱仪法测定纺织品和皮革中的APEOs及APs

摘　　要：建立了皮革和纺织品样品中APEOs及APs检测的试验方法。通过有机溶剂甲醇超声波提取,使用液相色谱-质谱仪(LC-MS),采用反应监测正负离子模式,分离试样溶液,通过外标法定量。用ISO 18254—2016标准中检测APEOs的方法需要15 min,用ISO 18218—2016标准中检测APEOs的方法需要22 min,用ISO21084—2019标准中检测APs的方法需要18 min。通过优化LC-MS的方法,实现APEOs及APs同时检测,缩减了检测时间,且精密度好、选择性好、灵敏性高,可准确测量低检出限值的APEOs及APs。样品中的加标回收率为90.9%~114.6%,相对偏差区间在1.3%~6.8%,最低检出限为5 mg/kg,满足欧盟法规不得超过10 mg/kg的检出要求。The test method of APEOs and APs in leather and textile samples established. Throug ultrasonic extraction of organic solvent methanol, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer(LC-MS), positive and negative ion mode monitoring by reaction, sample solution was separated and quantifred by external standard method. It took 15 mins to detect APEOs using ISO 18254—2016, 22 mins to detect APEOs using ISO 18218—2016, and 18 mins to detect APs using ISO 21084—2019. By optimizing the LC-MS method, this method can detect APEOs and APs simultaneously, reducing the detection time,and can accurately measure APEOs and APs with low detection limits with high precision, selectivity and sensitivity. The recoveries of spiked samples were 90.9%~114.6%, the relative deviation range was1.3%~6.8%, the minimum detection limit was 5 mg/kg, and the detection limit was not more than 10 mg/kg, which met the requirements of EU regulations.
