摘　　要：目的分析中国入托入学儿童预防接种证查验现况。方法收集和汇总中国各省级地区2021年入托入学儿童预防接种证查验报告数据,进行描述性分析。结果中国2021年对507218所托幼机构和小学的39414501名入托入学儿童进行了预防接种证查验,儿童查验率、漏证率、补证率、漏种率、补种率分别为99.42%、0.70%、82.85%、14.53%、80.60%,各省级地区分别为89.21%-100%、0.01%-3.78%、34.34%-100%、4.55%-38.57%、43.66%-98.37%,托幼机构vs小学分别为99.44%vs 99.40%、0.57%vs 0.86%、89.58%vs 77.71%、12.46%vs 16.90%、81.29%vs 80.02%。结论2021年中国入托入学儿童预防接种证查验率较高,大部分免疫规划疫苗漏种儿童及时获得了补种。应进一步统一查验标准,优化查验流程。Objective To analyze the status of vaccination record checking for kindergarten and primary school entry in China.Methods We obtained data on kindergarten and primary school entry vaccination record checks that were reported from each province in 2021 and conducted a descriptive analysis.Results A total of 39414501 children in 507218 kindergartens or primary schools had their vaccination certificates examined.Rates of certificate examination,missing certificates,re-establishing certificates,missing vaccinations,and vaccination of children needing one or more doses of vaccine were 99.42%,0.70%,82.85%,14.53%,and 80.60%,respectively;by province,rates ranged from 89.21%to 100%,0.01%to 3.78%,34.34%to 100%,4.55%to 38.57%,and 43.66%to 98.37%;rates for kindergarten vs primary school were 99.44%vs 99.40%,0.57%vs 0.86%,89.58%vs 77.71%,12.46%vs 16.90%,and 81.29%vs 80.02%.Conclusions Kindergarten and primary school entry vaccination certificate examination rates were high in China in 2021;most children who missed immunization program vaccines were vaccinated with the needed vaccines in a timely manner.We recommend unifying record check standards and optimizing procedures.
