摘　　要：疫苗接种预约管理是预防接种服务工作的重要内容之一,加强疫苗接种预约管理是维护接种秩序、提升服务质量、确保接种安全的必然要求。在新型冠状病毒感染疫情蔓延和大规模疫苗接种的背景下,公众的预防接种需求发生变化,传统疫苗接种预约方式已无法满足当前精细化管理要求。本文通过分析疫苗接种预约管理现况和存在问题,探讨新形势下预约管理的模式和方法,建议推行疫苗接种预约制度化、系统搭建综合型线上预约平台、扎实开展精准预约和限量预约等措施,以提升疫苗接种预约管理水平。Vaccination appointment management is an important part of vaccination service provision.Strengthening vaccination appointment management is necessary for maintaining vaccination order,improving service quality,and ensuring safety.Vaccination demand from the public has changed due to the global spread of coronavirus disease 2019 and the necessity of large vaccination campaigns;traditional method of appointment management no longer meets requirements.In this article,we analyze the status and problems in vaccination appointment management,discuss good practices in these new circumstances,and suggest institutionalizing vaccination appointment management,systematically building a comprehensive online appointment platform and solidly implementing accurate appointments in order to improve overall vaccination appointment management.
