针药结合治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍

摘　　要：认为围绝经期睡眠障碍的基本病机为肝郁肾虚、冲任失调,针药结合治疗本病具有优势。中药以调理肝肾为主,常用柴胡、白芍以畅肝气、养肝血,用熟地黄、菟丝子、桑椹、枸杞子等滋肾阴、安相火;针灸以调和冲任为主,可选用腹部穴位直接调和冲任,还可辅以太冲、太溪等穴位激发肝经、肾经之经气,促进肝肾的脏腑气化功能,加强中药的疗效。The basic pathogenesis of sleep disorder during the perimenopausal is liver constraint,kidney deficiency,and disharmony of the chong(冲)and ren(任)meridian.The combination of acupuncture and medicinals has advantages in treating this disease.Chinese medicinals are mainly used to regulate the liver and the kidney;Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri)and Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba)are usually used to unblock liver qi and nourish the liver blood,while Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata),Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae),Sangshen(Fructus Mori),and Gouqizi(Fructus Lyci)can nourish kidney yin and clam ministerial fire.Acupuncture is mainly used to harmonize chong and ren meridian,by stimulating the abdominal acupoints directly,or through stimulation on Taichong(LV 3)and Taixi(KI 3)to provoke qi of the liver and kidney channels and promote the qi transformation function of the liver and kidney,thereby strengthening the effect of Chinese medicinals.
