补中益气汤联合西医常规治疗烧伤并胃肠损伤患者58例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤联合西医常规治疗在烧伤并胃肠损伤患者中的临床效果。方法选择浙江省台州医院2018年5月至2019年5月收治的烧伤并胃肠损伤患者116例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各58例。两组均予西医常规治疗方法,研究组联合补中益气汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation scoring system,APACHEⅡ)、治疗后临床效果及治疗前后的胃肠功能指标。结果治疗前,研究组和对照组APACHEⅡ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组APACHEⅡ评分低于对照组(P<0.05),组内治疗前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率为86.21%,高于对照组的62.07%(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腹胀消失时间、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论烧伤并胃肠损伤患者,西医常规治疗的基础上加用补中益气汤,可以有效缩短患者的肛门排气时间,腹胀消失时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间,促进患者胃肠功能的恢复,从而改善病情。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on burn patients with gastrointestinal injury.Methods A total of 116 cases of burn patients with gastrointestinal injury in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province,to from May 2018 to may 2019 were selected.The random number table were divided into 58 cases each group.Both growere treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction,the acute physiology and chronic health score system(APACHEⅡ)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.The clinical effect and gastrointestinal function indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ApacheⅡscore between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the ApacheⅡscore of the two groups decreased(P<0.05).The ApacheⅡscore of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was 86.21%,higher than 62.07%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal exhaust time,abdominal distension disappearance time and bowel sounds recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For burn patients with gastrointestinal injury,Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively shorten the anal exhaust time,abdominal distension disappearance time and bowel sound recovery time,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the condition.
