摘　　要：李得清副主任医师从事中医临床工作近二十年,对心血管疾病尤其是气血不足型心悸的中医治疗有独到的临床见解,其认为在补益气血的同时应温通心阳,方能药到病除。本文主要介绍李得清副主任医师治疗气血不足型心悸的临床经验。Li Deqing,Deputy Chief Physician,has been engaged in the clinical work of traditional Chinese medicine for nearly 20 years.He has unique insights on the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cardiovascular diseases,especially palpitations of qi and blood deficiency.He believes that the disease can be cured by warming and dredging heart yang while tonifying qi and blood.This article mainly concluded the clinical experience of Li in the treatment of palpitations of qi and blood deficiency.
