芎芷愈风汤配合针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析芎芷愈风汤配合针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法将我中心2019年6月—2022年1月收治的80例原发性三叉神经痛患者纳入研究,按随机数字表法分为联合组(40例,芎芷愈风汤配合针刺治疗)与针刺组(40例,单纯针刺治疗),观察两组治疗前后的总有效率、VAS评分、并发症率。结果联合治疗组的总有效率高于针刺组(P<0.05),联合治疗后VAS评分低于针刺组(P<0.05)。两组并发症率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芎芷愈风汤配合针刺治疗原发性三叉神经痛,能够提高临床治疗效果,降低疼痛程度,安全性较高。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiongzhi Yufeng Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 80 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia who were treated in Panjiayuan Community Health Service Center from June 2019 to January 2022 were included and randomized into the combination group(n=40,Xiongzhi Yufeng Decoction+acupuncture)and acupuncture group(n=40,acupuncture alone).The total effective rate,VAS score,and complication rate in the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05)and the VAS score was lower than that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiongzhi Yufeng Decoction combined with acupuncture is safe in the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia,which can improve the clinical efficacy and alleviate pain.
