摘 要:目的:掌握Bel亚型的血清学格局特点和分子生物学检测方法,并探讨其对应的输血策略。方法:采用传统血清学、PCR-SSP、基因测序共同对标本进行ABO血型鉴定。结果:样本一的ABO基因分型为ABO*BEL.03/ABO*O.01.01;样本二的ABO基因分型为ABO*BEL.917/ABO*O.01.02。结论:将传统的血清学检测技术与分子生物学检测技术相结合,可以使ABO血型鉴定更加准确可靠,更好保障输血安全。Objective: To master the serological pattern and molecular biology detection methods of the Bel subtype, and explore the corresponding blood transfusion strategies. Methods: The ABO blood group was identified by traditional serology, PCR-SSP and gene sequencing. Results: The ABO genotyped for sample 1 was ABO*BEL. 03/ABO*O. 01.01;the ABO genotyped for sample 2 was ABO*BEL. 917/ABO*O. 01.02. Conclusion: The combination of traditional serological testing technology and molecular biology testing technology can make ABO blood type identification more accurate and reliable, so as to guarantee safe blood transfusion.
