摘  要:永磁铁氧体材料因具有良好的磁性能以及高性价比等优点而获得了广泛应用。从时间上纵向介绍了永磁铁氧体的发展,并分析其现状,进行了国内外的横向对比。在原料方面,对比了三种原料的优劣,并指出超纯铁精矿制备中高端永磁铁氧体预烧料是我国磁材行业的发展新趋势。此外还简要介绍其几种制备方法,从离子取代、添加剂的优化组合、工艺改进与设备优化三个方面阐述了永磁铁氧体高性能化的基本途径。最后介绍了永磁铁氧体的应用,综合前面所综述的内容,多维度地为永磁铁氧体材料的发展作总结和展望。Permanent magnet ferrite materials have been widely used for their good magnetic properties and high cost performance.The development of permanent magnet ferrites is introduced vertically from time to time,and its current status is analyzed and a horizontal comparison between domestic and overseas is carried out.In terms of raw materials,the advantages and disadvantages of three raw materials are compared,and it is pointed out that the preparation of medium and high-end permanent magnet ferrite pre-sintered materials from ultra-pure iron ore is a new trend in the development of China's magnetic material industry.In addition,several preparation methods are briefly introduced,and the basic ways of high performance of permanent magnet ferrite are elaborated from three aspects:ion substitution,optimal combination of additives,process improvement and equipment optimization.Finally,the applications of permanent ferrite are introduced,and a multi-dimensional summary and outlook for the development of permanent ferrite materials is provided by integrating the previously reviewed contents.
