摘  要:钇铁石榴石(YIG)微波铁氧体具有铁磁共振线宽小、损耗低等特点,是低损耗和宽频带微波铁氧体环行器隔离器的必备材料。通过一次球磨与二次球磨过程中添加不同量分散剂的方法,研究其对YIG微波铁氧体材料结构和性能的影响。实验结果表明,适量分散剂的添加能够有效提高浆料的分散性、稳定性及粒径分布均匀性,防止固体颗粒的二次凝聚及沉降,有效解决纯YIG铁氧体材料球磨过程中的分层现象,有助于提高粉料活性,促进预烧与烧结中的固相反应,提高YIG铁氧体性能的稳定性,拓宽烧结温度。Yttrium iron garnet(YIG) microwave ferrite features small ferromagnetic resonance linewidth and low loss,and so it is a necessary material for low loss and wide band microwave ferrite circulator and isolator.In this paper,the effect of amount of dispersant in primary and secondary ball milling process on the microstructure and properties of YIG microwave ferrite material was analyzed.Experimental results show that adding proper amount of dispersant can effectively improve the dispersion and stability of the slurry and the distribution uniformity of particle size,and prevent solid particles from secondary coagulation and sedimentation,resultantly effectively solve the pure YIG ferrite material stratification in the process of ball mill and contribute to improve the activity of powder,which promotes presintering and sintering of the solid phase reaction,improving the stability of the YIG ferrite performance and broadening the sintering temperature.
