摘 要:针对传统LLC谐振变换器输出电压增益低、开关频率远离谐振频率时效率下降的问题,提出一种双电感集成LLC谐振变换器。它将两个结构相同、谐振电感值不同的谐振单元进行结合,并将其集成在一个磁性元件上,采用辅助开关管控制辅助电感的工作状态实现电路模式的转换。将不同工作方式中影响增益的重要参数分别进行了可视化分析,选取两种模式增益曲线相交处作为模式最佳切换点,并搭建电路模型和集成电感3D模型进行仿真,验证理论的正确性。最后,进行合理的参数设计,搭建实验样机,验证了所提变换器的工作状态、软开关特性和增益特性等关键性能指标。与传统LLC谐振变换器相比,所提拓扑能在相同的频率范围内实现更高的增益,电感体积较集成前减小30%,变换器效率最大可达93.4%。A dual-inductor integrated LLC converter is proposed to solve the problem of low output voltage gain of LLC resonant converter and low efficiency when switching frequency is far from resonant frequency.It combines two resonant units with the same structure and different resonant inductance values,and integrates them into a magnetic element.The switching mode of the circuit is realized by using the auxiliary switch tube to control the operating state of the auxiliary inductance.The important parameters affecting the gain in different working modes were analyzed visually,and the intersection point of the gain curves between two modes was selected as the optimal switching point of the modes.Furthermore,a circuit model and a 3D integrated inductance model were built to simulate and verify the correctness of the theory.Finally,a reasonable parameter design and an experimental prototype are built to verify the working state,softswitching characteristics and gain characteristics of the proposed converter.It is shown that the proposed structure have higher gain in the same frequency range compared with the conventional LLC resonant converter.The inductor volume is reduced by 30 % than before the integration,and the converter efficiency is up to 93.4 %.
