摘 要:依据高频大电流空心电感器的物理和高频模型,首先给出了电感量、Q值、自谐振频率、自电容等性能参数的计算方法,然后分析了电感器的温升。最后以电感量为150±10%nH的一款电感器为例进行了具体设计计算,同时制作出了电感器样品。性能实测结果表明,电感器的实测性能与设计结果符合较好,验证了设计方法的正确性,对于同类电感器设计具有参考价值。Based on physical and high-frequency models of high-frequency and high-current air-core inductor,the calculation methods of performance parameters such as inductance,Q value,self-resonant frequency,and self-capacitances are given first,and then the temperature rise of the inductor is analyzed.Finally,an inductor with an induntance of 150±10 % nH is taken as an example to carry out specific design and calculation,and a sample of the inductor is prepared the same time.The results show that the measured parameters of the inductor are good agreement with the design ones,which verifies the correctness of the design method and has reference value for the design of similar products.
