摘  要:为适应微波集成电路小型化、(超)宽带化需求,提出了一种工作在微波频段的微型化超宽带高通滤波器。采用微型高频高品质因数(Q)的分立电容和电感,应用高密度集成技术和超宽带匹配技术,将集总电路高通滤波器的工作频段从低频段扩展应用至S、C、X、Ku波段,采用集总元件电感(L)和电容(C)实现了微波高通滤波器,在微波频段发挥了LC滤波器的小型化优势。该微波高通滤波器具有微型化、超宽带化特点,同时又兼顾高选择性和高幅相一致性特性,可望在阵列化微波系统中获得广泛应用。In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization and(ultra) wideband of microwave integrated circuits,a miniature ultra-wideband high-pass filter working in microwave band was proposed.The working band of lumped circuit high-pass filter is extended from low frequency to S,C,X,Ku band,by using miniature high frequency and high quality factor(Q) discrete capacitors and inductors,and applying high density integration technology and ultra-wideband matching technology.The microwave high-pass filter is achieved by adopting lumped elements inductance(L) and capacitance(C),and the miniaturization advantage of LC filter is delivered in microwave band.The microwave high-pass filter is miniaturized and ultra-wideband,at the same time,highly selective and high amplitude phase consistency are considered.The filter will be widely applied in array microwave systems.
