摘  要:某石化公司连续重整装置的再生气压缩机C-301B存在无用功耗较高的问题,节能空间较大,应用余隙无级调节气量节能技术对该压缩机进行了配套软硬件的改造,取得了良好节能效果和经济效益。通过这一应用实践,得出该节能技术具有以下优点:压缩机本体改造简单;撬装式模块化的结构,使得安装施工周期缩短;控制参数设置和操控简便;产品易损件少,大大降低了维修维护费用;产品自身能耗和运行费用低,系统节能效果好,可保障业主的最大节能收益;价格适中,投资回收期大幅缩短;调节范围适宜、输出气量稳定、运行安全可靠。适用于广泛推广应用。There is a large quantity of useless power consumption and a energy-saving requirement in the resurgent gas compressor C-301B used in the continuous reforming unit of a petrochemical company.The stepless regulating clearance technology were applied to the hardware and software reforming of C-301B,and good energy-saving effect and economic benefit were achieved.Through the practice,we found that the energy saving technology has the following advantages:simple reforming in compressor body,skid-mounted modular structure,short installation period,simple control parameters,less vulnerable parts,low self energy consumption,considerable energy-saving benefit,shorter investment payback period;suitable adjustment range,stable gas output,and reliable performance.So the technology is deserable to be widespread applied.
