摘  要:针对渤海某油田外输含水率超标的问题,分析乳化液的成分及来源,对现场破乳剂及反相破乳剂进行优化。通过开展现场试验,破乳剂PRJ-177及反相破乳剂PRJ-552将一级分离器出口原油含水值从40%降低至30%,电脱水器出口原油含水由1.2%逐步降低至1%以内,更适合该油田生产流程。In order to solve the problem that BS&W of Bohai oilfield exceeds the standard,the composition and source of emulsion are analyzed,and the field demulsifier and inverse demulsifier are optimized.Through field tests,demulsifier PRJ-177 and reversed demulsifier PRJ-552 reduce the water content of crude oil at the outlet of primary separator from 40%to 30%,and the water content of crude oil at the outlet of electric dehydrator from 1.2%to less than 1%,which is more suitable for the production process of this oilfield.
