摘 要:为提高对高浓度苯胺废水的处理效率,构建电强化序批式活性污泥反应器(Electro-enhanced Sequencing Batch Reactor,E-SBR),探究其对苯胺的去除效率及同步脱氮的效果。通过梯度驯化,获得对600 mg/L苯胺有较高耐受力的活性污泥。将污泥接种至E-SBR中,对比不同电压的体系的苯胺去除效果及脱氮性能。相比对照系统,E-SBR的苯胺降解能力、硝化及反硝化性能有所提升,出水氮素浓度维持低水平,说明电流刺激增强了微生物对高浓度苯胺的耐受力,提升了硝化菌和反硝化菌的活性。E-SBR体系中,电压为2 V的体系苯胺降解完全,总氮去除率高于80%,说明在2 V下体系的苯胺降解能力及脱氮性能最强。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of high concentration aniline wastewater,Electro-enhanced Sequencing Batch Reactor(E-SBR)was constructed to explore the removal efficiency of aniline and the effect of synchronous nitrogen removal.The activated sludge could adapt to 600 mg/L aniline after gradient acclimation.The sludge was inoculated into E-SBR to compare the aniline removal effect and denitrification performance of systems with different voltage.Compared with the control system,the aniline degradation ability,nitrification and denitrification performance of E-SBR were improved,and the concentration of effluent nitrogen remained low,indicating that electrical stimulation enhanced the tolerance of microorganisms to high concentration of aniline,and improved the activity of nitrifiers and denitrifiers.In three E-SBR systems,the aniline degradation of the system with 2 V was complete,and the total nitrogen removal rate was higher than 80%,indicating that the aniline degradation ability and nitrogen removal performance of the system were optimum at 2 V.
