摘  要:第四次工业革命推动技术进步,并促进了智慧城市的诞生。在物联网、大数据、AI等智慧技术高速发展的背景下,智慧应用已经快速地植入了人们的生活。在充分了解智慧城市本质内容的基础上,通过构建智慧产业、智慧设施以及智慧管理这三类评价成分来对武汉城市圈内九个城市的智慧水平、相互间的引力以及各自发展潜力进行分析。研究结果表明:从九个城市的智慧城市综合质量结果上看,2015年—2020年武汉市的智慧建设水平与其他城市差距增大,首位效应逐渐明显;武汉智慧城市圈的相互联系强度呈现单中心发射状分布,武汉作为中心极核与周围联系强度最紧密;各城市智慧潜力水平以武汉为中心呈现圈层逐渐递减趋势。基于研究结果,未来武汉智慧城市圈在现有的网络结构背景下,将武汉作为第一阶梯,发挥带动作用,并统筹各阶梯城市之间相互协调,稳步推动智慧城市建设与发展。The fourth industrial revolution promoted technological progress and the birth of smart cities.In the context of the rapid development of smart technologies such as IOT,big data and AI,smart applications have been rapidly embedded in people’s lives.On the basis of fully understanding the essence of smart cities,this paper analyzes the intelligence level,mutual attraction and respective development potential of the nine cities in the Wuhan metropolitan area by constructing three evaluation components:smart industry,smart facilities and smart management.The research results show that:From the perspective of the comprehensive quality of smart cities in nine cities,the gap between the level of smart construction in Wuhan and other cities will increase from 2015 to 2020,and the primacy effect will gradually become obvious;the strength of the interconnection of Wuhan Smart City Circle presents a single-center emission distribution,and Wuhan,as the central polar core,has the closest connection strength with the surrounding area;Wuhan is the center of the smart potential level of all cities,showing a gradually decreasing trend in circles.Based on the research results,in the future,Wuhan Smart City Circle will take Wuhan as the first ladder under the existing network structure,play a leading role,and coordinate the coordination among the ladder cities to steadily promote the construction and development of smart cities.
