摘 要:为了解决大断面瓦斯隧道爆破开挖过程中煤矿许用电雷管段别少、总延时短、超挖严重、易产生盲炮等问题,以龙泉山2号隧道爆破开挖为背景,对掏槽方式、装药结构、起爆顺序、起爆网路等进行研究试验。结果表明:采用大面积掏槽、光面爆破和混联电爆网路等爆破技术,改善了掏槽效果,解决了盲炮问题,有效控制超挖,平均线性超挖值小于137 mm,提高了施工效率,降低了施工安全风险。In order to solve the problem such as few delay number of permissible electric detonator,short total delay,serious overbreak,and easy to cause misfire during blasting excavation of large section gas tunnels,taking the blasting excavation of Longquanshan Tunnel 2 as the background,Research and test the cutting mode,composition of charging,detonation sequence,firing circuit.The results show that the blasting technology of large area cutting,smooth blasting and hybrid electric explosive network has improved the cutting effect,solved the problem of blind blasting,effectively controlled the over excavation,and the average linear over excavation is less than 137 mm,which has improved the construction efficiency and reduced the construction safety risk.
