摘  要:以S308省道(二环西路智慧快速路)改造工程所含杨绍线桥对应弧形变高箱型截面钢桥安装过程为背景,该工程采用装配式临时支撑体系及装配式吊装就位支座实现弧形变高箱型截面钢桥的安装就位。详细介绍了装配式临时支撑体系及装配式吊装就位支座的构造形式,以解决弧形变高箱型截面钢桥因所含构件空间角度多样造成构件吊装就位难度大、精度差的问题,并阐述了弧形变高箱型截面钢桥合理吊装顺序以实现桥梁的高效安装。This paper takes the installation process of Yangshao Railway bridge corresponding to curved variable height box section steel bridge included in S308 provincial Road(Second Ring Road West Intelligent Express Road)transformation project as the background.This project adopts prefabricated temporary support system and prefabricated lifting in place support to realize the installation and placement of curved variable height box section steel bridge.In this paper,the prefabricated temporary support system and the structural form of prefabricated lifting in place supports are introduced in detail,in order to solve the problems of difficulty in lifting in place and poor accuracy of the components of the steel bridge with curved variable height box section due to the various spatial angles of the components,and the reasonable lifting sequence of the steel bridge with curved variable height box section is described to realize the efficient installation of the bridge.
