摘　　要：利用PEST分析方法,通过梳理建筑企业外部宏观环境的政策、社会、经济、技术方面的现状及发展趋势,分析企业面临的机遇及挑战。提出要改进企业资质管理、优化人力资源配置、提升项目管控能力、加快企业转型升级等应对策略,以期有利于建筑企业进一步认清新环境,促进企业持续健康发展。Using PEST analysis method,by combing the current situation and development trend of policy,society,economy and technology of the external macro environment of construction enterprises,to analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by construction enterprises.It puts forward countermeasures such as improving enterprise qualification management,optimizing human resource allocation,improving project management ability and accelerating enterprise transformation and upgrading,in order to provide reference for construction enterprises to further understand the new environment and promote the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.
