摘　　要：通过融合BIM与GIS技术,采用Microstation软件对激光点云扫描与无人机技术采集数据进行BIM场景构建,根据SuperMap GIS平台建立防灾科技学院校园虚拟漫游系统。该系统营造了沉浸式的虚拟环境,实现了校园三维景观漫游、属性信息快速查询、最佳路径规划、动态可视域与通视分析等空间分析功能,提升了虚拟校园的用户体验,展示了校园的景观风貌,为校园智慧化教学管理服务奠定了基础。By integrating BIM and GIS technology,Microstation software is used to construct the BIM scene for laser point cloud scanning and UAV technology acquisition data,and the campus virtual roaming system of the Institute of Disaster Prevention and Technology is established based on SuperMap GIS platform.The system creates an immersive virtual environment,realizes the spatial analysis functions of campus three-dimensional landscape roaming,attribute information fast query,best path planning,dynamic visual field and visibility analysis,improves the user experience of virtual campus,shows the landscape style of campus,and lays the foundation for the intelligent teaching management service of campus.
